The World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles (WASBE) is the only international organization of wind band conductors, composers, performers, publishers, teachers, instrument makers and friends of wind music. Chiayi city is located in southwest part of Taiwan. For the WASBE Conference participants the most convenient journey is flying to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, and then traveling by Taiwan High Speed Rail, train or bus to Chiayi City.
